Didn’t Receive Your Materials? If you alert us within 30 days of becoming a client that you have not received your online access or hard-copy program materials (if applicable), then we will be able to resolve your access and/or find your package. After 30 days, we cannot commit to resolving particularly a lost hard copy, and we will make no monetary compensation after that time.
Missed Appointment Policy Please let us know at least 24 hrs in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that we can offer the time to another client. Your appointment confirmation email provides a link to reschedule your appointment or you can call the office for assistance.
Hotline Policy We offer a 2-hour “open calling” window, Monday-Friday, for clients with urgent needs (no appointment needed). These brief, 15- to 20-minute targeted calls are billed at our regular consulting rate.
Lab Fees The costs of lab testing are your responsibility. If your primary care physician orders your lab work, the costs may be eligible for insurance coverage. Alternately, you can use a patient-direct lab service (no doctor needed), which offers deeply discounted rates for lab testing.
Personal Responsibility. This program requires your active participation. Please don’t enroll if you think you might not use it. While we'll provide program materials, worksheets, reference guides, translational research reports, and our expertise and guidance during your one-on-one consultation, it is your responsibility to review these materials, obtain your lab tests, show up for your appointment, decide which strategies you choose for yourself, make changes to your diet, take supplements, and improve your lifestyle. It is up to you to take an active role! We cannot offer refunds for lack of engagement.
3-Day Policy. If you decide the program is not for you—and you have not used your consulting time or the program materials (e.g., your program materials are unopened, unread, and have not been accessed or downloaded)—you may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase. You must notify us of your request within 3 days of purchase and return/surrender all program materials.
30-Day Refund Policy. Because we incur significant costs to take on a new client, including our time researching your case and writing up notes, we're only able to honor a partial refund consisting of your unused consulting time. You must ask us to cancel your enrollment within 30 days of signing up. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS!
Unforeseen Circumstances If dire circumstances have prevented you from using your program, please contact us with the details so we can review your refund request.
Transfers. Our programs are tailored to the individual and are not transferrable.
