Mitochondria control the FATE of all cells. Just like our eyes and skin cells, they have receptors for light. When we live in sync with nature's rhythms, mitochondria produce the energy for healing, regulate gene expression, govern the microbiome, and send cancer cells to the recycling center (i.e., apoptosis). 

When we're dissconnected from nature's cycles of light and dark (or overly exposed to wireless technologies), we have "Circadian Mismatch," a known carcinogen.
